The coordinates of the points P and Q are P(-1,10) and Q(2,4).
a. Find the equation of the perpendicular bisector of the line joining P and Q.
b. If the perpendicular bisector of PQ cuts x and y-axes at points H and K, calculate the length of HK, giving your answer correct to 1d.p.
